The Project Manager is the key expert for any project. No one understands the owner’s needs or the project intricacies, constraints or obstacles more clearly than the Project Manager.

American Contracting adapted the concept of Project Autonomy several years ago. Project Autonomy places the Project Manager and the entire management team on-site. This allows for faster decisions, more efficient and effective communication, and most importantly, stronger relationships with the client, subcontractors and vendors.

Project Management Guidelines
All project teams utilize state-of-the-art construction management tools for estimating budgets, scheduling and managing project deliverables.

Weekly progress meetings are held with the owner’s representative, the architect, the engineer and the project management team and each sub-contractor and vendor active at the time of the meeting.

Weekly safety meetings are held and documented.
